The general terms and conditions governing the relationship between you (the website visitor and/or registered user) and Navigate World Whisky (Pty) Ltd (“NWW”), the website owner, are detailed below.   They cover any and all use of www.whiskytastingroom.co.za  (“the website”).   The terms and conditions may be updated and modified at any time; and will place a notice on the website informing you of such changes.   You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions by visiting and/or using the website and continued use of the website implies full understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Warranty by User / Sale of Alcohol

Navigate World Whisky sells liquor under a valid liquor licence.  In terms of South African liquor legislation it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor and/or to present false evidence of age in order to access and/or purchase liquor for or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 years.  By ordering, or attempting to order, any liquor products from Navigate World Whisky, you hereby warrant that you are of legal drinking age and agree to these Terms and Condition.  Navigate World Whisky may require verification of your age and you agree to provide truthful and accurate information and to comply with the applicable liquor legislation.

Unless specifically stated to the contrary, all rights, title, interest and ownership (including those under copyright, patent, trademark and other intellectual property laws) are the sole property of NWW.  You may not access, display, use, download, or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on this website for marketing or any other purposes without our specific written consent

Limitation of liability

NWW does not give any express or implied warranty or make any other promise regarding the website; including guarantees that it is free from latent defects, errors, malicious software or infringement content.  While every effort will be made to fix any faults as soon as they are identified, the user indemnifies NWW against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost (including legal) or liability relating to your use of the website.  NWW does not take responsibility for any other websites, regardless of whether the link is available directly from our site or not.

As a customer of NWW, and/or user of NWW website/computer program/software (“the site”) (or websites linked to NWW site), if applicable, you acknowledge that by exchanging information with NWW for purposes of purchasing products from NWW, and/or accessing NWW site, logging onto it or any other websites made available via the NWW site, affiliated with or linked to NWW, (“accessing”), you do so voluntarily and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • You acknowledge that should an account be created for you NWW, it will be for purposes of recording necessary information which may be regarded as personal information, which information is required to be accurate and updated when changes occur.
  • You agree that when utilising NWW’s’ services and/or accessing the site, that are doing so as yourself and with your own identity and personal information and shall not try to use this as an opportunity to gather information about others as that is a breach of these terms and conditions.
  • You acknowledge that you can provide your personal information to NWW (in hard and softcopy), entering it electronically, or verbally communicating it to an NWW representative or recording it for capturing purposes in any other manner.
